Privacy Policy — Fußball Liveticker & Tabelle
App: Fußball Liveticker & Tabelle

1. Summary
The app shows football fixtures, tables, scorers and match details for German
competitions, and can send notifications about matches.
- **No user account.** You never register, log in, or give us your name or
email.
- **No advertising, no tracking, no profiles.** The app contains no
advertising SDK and no third-party tracking. It does not access the
Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not ask for tracking permission,
because it does not track you. Feature usage is measured anonymously
via TelemetryDeck (EU processing, no persistent identifiers — section 2d).
- The only personal data we process is a **push notification token**, and only
if you enable notifications.
2. What we process, and why
a) Match data you browse
Fixtures, tables, scorers and match details are downloaded as static files from
our servers. These requests carry no identifier of you or your device. As with
any internet service, our servers process the IP address inherent in the
connection for the purpose of delivering the response and maintaining security.
IP addresses are not used to build a profile and are not combined with the
notification data below.
*Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating and
securing the service.*
b) Push notifications — only if you enable them
If you allow notifications, the app registers with Apple Push Notification
service and Firebase Cloud Messaging, which issue a push token identifying
this installation. The app sends the following to our server:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Push token | To address notifications to this device |
| Device language (2-letter code) | To choose the language of the notification |
| Screen density | To select appropriately sized images |
| App version, platform, bundle identifier | To send a compatible message format |
| Your notification choices (which competitions, teams and event types) | To send only the notifications you asked for |
A push token identifies an app installation, not a person. We do not link it to
a name, email, account or advertising identifier, because we hold none.
*Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, given by allowing notifications.
You may withdraw it at any time (section 5).*
c) Settings stored on your device
Your notification preferences and the cached match data are stored on your
device and are not readable by us. Deleting the app deletes them.
d) Anonymous usage analytics
To understand which features matter (for example, which league's table is
viewed most), the app sends a small number of anonymous usage signals to
TelemetryDeck, an analytics service built for exactly this privacy stance.
Each signal is an event name (such as "standings.viewed") with coarse,
non-identifying details. TelemetryDeck identifies the source with a salted
hash that changes daily, so there is no persistent identifier, no profile
across days, no IDFA, and no tracking permission — and nothing we send can be
linked to you. Names, emails, tokens or locations are never part of a signal.
Once, shortly after installation, the app also asks Apple's AdServices
system whether the install came from an Apple Search Ads ad. The answer — a
campaign number or "organic" — is sent as one signal. This involves no
advertising identifier and no tracking permission.
*Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in understanding
aggregate feature usage to improve the app, using the least identifying means
available.*
3. Who else is involved
- **Apple** operates the Apple Push Notification service, which is required to
deliver any notification to an iOS device.
- **Google** (Firebase Cloud Messaging) issues the push token and relays
notifications, acting as our processor.
- **TelemetryDeck GmbH** (Berlin, Germany) processes the anonymous usage
signals described in 2(d), acting as our processor. Processing takes place
in the EU.
Both may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are covered by the
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for transfers to the
United States, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is
certified.
We are established in Ukraine, so data you send us is processed outside the
EU/EEA. Ukraine is not covered by an EU adequacy decision, and we rely on the
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as the safeguard for that
transfer. You may request a copy of the safeguards at contact@appivon.com.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else.
4. How long we keep it
Push tokens are kept while your installation stays active and are deleted
automatically once a device stops responding, or when Apple or Google reports
the token as no longer valid. If you disable notifications or delete the app,
the token stops working and is removed on that basis.
Server access logs containing IP addresses are kept only as long as needed for
operation and security, then deleted.
5. Your choices and rights
- **Turn notifications off** at any time in the app under *Notifications*, or
in iOS Settings. This stops the processing described in 2(b).
- **Delete everything** by deleting the app: local data goes immediately, and
the token expires server-side.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16),
erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and
objection (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time without
affecting processing already carried out. Write to contact@appivon.com.
Because we hold no account, a push token is normally the only way to identify
your data. To exercise a right in relation to it we may need you to supply that
token, and if you cannot we may be unable to identify the data (Art. 11 GDPR).
You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Germany, the data
protection authority of your federal state.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from
children under 16.
7. Changes
We will update this page if the app's data handling changes, and revise the
date above.
