> Biathlon Shooter is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the International

> Biathlon Union (IBU) or any official competition.

1. Summary

Biathlon Shooter is a shooting-range game. You play offline; your races, best times and settings stay on your device.

  • **No user account.** You never register or give us your name or email.
  • **Ads.** The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads are personalized only if you allow it: in the EEA, the

UK and Switzerland through Google's consent form, and on every device through Apple's tracking permission. If you

decline, you still get ads, but they are not personalized and your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is not used.

  • **Anonymous statistics** about how the game is played are collected with TelemetryDeck, with no persistent

identifier (section 2d).

  • **Remove Ads** is an optional one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple.

2. What we process, and why

a) Your game data, stored on your device

Results, personal bests, statistics, unlocked difficulty levels and settings are stored on your device only. We

cannot read them. Deleting the app deletes them.

b) Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows banner ads on menu screens and, at most once every few minutes, a full-screen ad after a

finished race. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). To deliver ads, measure them

and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK processes:

| Data | When |

|---|---|

| IP address and coarse location derived from it | Always, to deliver ads and prevent fraud |

| Device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version) | Always |

| Ad interactions (impressions, clicks) | Always, for ad measurement |

| Advertising Identifier (IDFA) | Only if you allow tracking in Apple's prompt |

| Data used for personalized ads | Only with your consent (EEA, UK, CH) and Apple's tracking permission |

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's User Messaging Platform shows a consent form before any ads load. You

can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy options.

*Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent, for personalized advertising and for reading or storing information on

your device for that purpose; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in financing a free game, for non-personalized

ads.*

c) App Tracking Transparency

Before asking, the game explains why it asks. If you allow tracking, AdMob may use the IDFA to show more relevant ads.

You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

d) Anonymous usage statistics (TelemetryDeck)

To understand which modes and difficulty levels are played and where players get stuck, the game sends a small number

of anonymous signals to TelemetryDeck: an event name (such as "race.finished") with coarse details (mode,

difficulty, number of penalties). TelemetryDeck identifies the source with a salted hash that changes daily, so

there is no persistent identifier and no profile across days. Signals never contain names, emails or advertising

identifiers.

Once, shortly after installation, the game also asks Apple's AdServices system whether the install came from an

Apple Search Ads ad. The answer (a campaign number or "organic") is sent as one signal. This uses no advertising

identifier and needs no tracking permission.

*Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in improving the game, using the least identifying means

available.*

e) Game Center (optional)

If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, your best times for leaderboard races and the Daily Challenge are

submitted to Apple Game Center and shown on its leaderboards under your Game Center nickname. This is handled by

Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we do not receive your Apple ID. You can stop it by signing out of Game Center in

iOS Settings.

f) Purchases

The "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details, only Apple's

confirmation that the purchase exists, which the game checks on your device.

3. Who else is involved

  • **Google** (AdMob, User Messaging Platform) as an independent controller for advertising, and as our processor for

ad delivery where the law requires it.

  • **TelemetryDeck GmbH** (Berlin, Germany), our processor for the anonymous statistics in 2(d). Processing takes place

in the EU.

  • **Apple** for the App Store, purchases, Game Center, AdServices and the tracking permission.

Google may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard

Contractual Clauses and, for the United States, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.

We are established in Ukraine. We do not run servers for this game and receive no personal data from it.

We do not sell your data.

4. How long data is kept

Game data stays on your device until you delete the app. Google keeps advertising data according to its own retention

policy. TelemetryDeck signals carry no identifier and are kept in aggregated form.

5. Your choices and rights

  • **Change your ad consent** in the game under Settings → Privacy options (EEA, UK, CH).
  • **Turn tracking off** in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • **Remove all ads** with the one-time purchase, or **delete everything** by deleting the app.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction

(Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time without

affecting processing already carried out. Write to contact@appivon.com. Because we hold no account and no identifier,

we may be unable to identify data relating to you (Art. 11 GDPR); for advertising data, contact Google directly.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the data protection authority of your country of

residence.

6. Children

The game is not directed at children and is not in the App Store's Kids category. We do not knowingly collect data

from children under 16. Ads in the game are limited to content suitable for general audiences.

7. Changes

We will update this page if the game's data handling changes, and revise the date above.
